Industrial DD-1008 1 4” Inline Desiccant Air Dryer

The Motor Guard DD-1008 Inline Desiccant Dryer delivers point-of-use, disposable filtration to remove water vapor, oil aerosols, and particulates from compressed air flowing through 1/4" NPT lines. Designed for installation directly upstream of the protected device, the unit is bi-directional and can be mounted in either orientation along the line. It employs four-stage filtration, starting with a 40-micron sintered bronze element to trap particulates, and features a color-change desiccant indicator that shifts from blue to pink to signal when the filter requires replacement. Key specs include 1/4" NPT inlet and outlet ports, a maximum operating pressure of up to 125 psi, and roughly 20 CFM nominal airflow, with an operating temperature range of 32°F to 130°F, making it suitable for use with spray equipment, paint operations, plasma cutters, blow guns, and other pneumatic control or instrumentation that demand clean, ultra-dry air.
