Industrial DR7AC Transducer Amplifier 3VA 9-36VDC
Industrial DR7AC Transducer Amplifier 3VA 9-36VDC
Description:
The DR7AC DIN Rail Mounting Transducer Amplifier from RDP Electronics is a signal‑conditioning module designed to drive and condition LVDT and other inductive transducers in a DIN rail cabinet. It accepts a 9–36 V DC supply (up to 250 mA) and offers isolated outputs: 0–10 V at 5 mA, or ±10 V at 5 mA, or a 4–20 mA loop (compatible with 100 Ω to 550 Ω loads). Input signal range is 0.02–4 V, with programmable gain from 0.07 to 500 and transducer excitation of 1–3 V at 3–5 kHz with 25 mA available. The analogue output bandwidth is 250 Hz, and the device provides precision with a linearity error of ±0.05% full scale and a temperature coefficient of at least ±0.01% F.S./°C. Operating temperature is -10 to 60°C, and the unit weighs about 125 g with dimensions of D115 mm × H99 mm × W23 mm. The DR7AC maintains full isolation between supply and output and is designed for compatibility with standard LVDTs (without integral electronics); with two 1 kΩ bridge resistors it works with LVDTs from various manufacturers. A caution label notes it should not be used as a safety, emergency stop, or feedback device. This amplifier is intended for industrial sensing applications requiring reliable signal conditioning, spark‑free isolation, and flexible output options for data acquisition or control systems.
