Industrial ELECTRO-LUBE MINI-LUBER 125CC CHEVRON STARPLEX 2 Lubricator

Industrial ATS Electro-Lube Mini-Luber 125cc Chevron Starplex 2 Lubricator is a compact, self-contained automatic lubricator designed for single-point lubrication of industrial equipment. It dispenses Chevron Starplex 2 grease from a pre-filled 125cc cartridge. The unit is 5-5/8 inches tall and 3-1/8 inches in diameter, and uses an electrochemical actuator to pressurize the cartridge so grease is delivered to the lubrication point at rates up to 50 psi. It is a single-use, disposable device (not refillable) rated for operation from -40°C to +55°C, and carries ATEX/UL certification for use in potentially explosive zones. Remote mounting is supported, allowing installation away from the lubrication point while still providing controlled grease delivery. The Mini-Luber is designed to work with Chevron Starplex 2 grease, and can be used with other compatible lubricants as specified by the accessory guidelines. This compact solution is ideal for maintenance schedules that require hands-off lubrication at a fixed point, reducing the need for manual re-lubrication and helping maintain consistent grease coverage between service intervals.
