Industrial F2-04RTD is a 4-channel RTD input module designed for AutomationDirect DL205 DirectLOGIC PLCs, providing precise, multi‑point temperature sensing within a single I/O card. It accepts Pt100, Pt1000, JPt100, Cu-10, and Cu-25 RTDs with differential inputs, delivering 16‑bit resolution per channel and an approximate 0.15°C step size for RTD readings. Each channel is driven by a built‑in RTD excitation current (about 210 µA), enabling direct resistance‑to‑temperature conversion, while a mains‑noise notch filter (>50 dB at 50/60 Hz) helps maintain measurement integrity in industrial environments. Supported sensor ranges include Pt100 from -200 to +850°C, Pt1000 from -200 to +595°C, JPt100 from -38 to +450°C, and Cu‑10/Cu‑25 from -200 to +260°C, with a common‑mode range of 0–5 VDC.
