Industrial FG-110-SP Control Box

AZCO Corp’s FG-110-SP Control Box is the electrical controller for the FG-110 SP Sur-Size Cut-To-Length Machine, a compact, self-contained module that combines a roll feeder with a guillotine knife to deliver finished pieces at a preset length. The control box is designed for 120 VAC operation and coordinates an operator interface that lets you enter the target length and quantity; the system then automatically feeds, measures, and cuts the material, counting each piece. The FG-110 SP Sur-Size assembly is built to handle a wide variety of flexible materials and can operate as a stand-alone unit or inline component, making it easy to retrofit into existing production lines. Key specifications for the FG-110 SP family include a 110 mm (4.3 in) cut width, a maximum material width of 89 mm (3.5 in), minimum cut length of 0.1 mm (0.004 in), and an accuracy target of approximately +/-0.38 mm (0.015 in) or 0.1% of cut length, whichever is larger; the system uses 40–90 psi compressed air and a servo-driven drive, with features such as eye registration, a product verification sensor (jam eye), pneumatic preloaded idler roller, roll unwind, and an outfeed conveyor option. Operators interact through a color touchscreen to set lengths and quantities, enabling on-demand, automated cuts for materials including gaskets, laminates, nonwovens, films, tapes, and other flexible substrates typical in packaging, electronics, and manufacturing environments.
