The Stator & Voltage Regulator Rectifier for Suzuki GSX-R600/GSX-R750 (K6–K9) is a complete charging-system assembly that generates three-phase AC from the engine and converts it to stable 12–14.5V DC to keep the battery charged and power the bike’s ignition, ECU, lighting, and fuel-system electronics. The stator uses copper windings to deliver a 3-phase AC output, while the solid-state regulator/rectifier, housed on an aluminum heat-sink, regulates and rectifies the voltage. It mounts with the stator on the engine crankcase and the regulator unit on the frame, with the stator oil-cooled and the regulator air-cooled for operation in high-RPM conditions.
