The SunX Panasonic GX-3SB is a cylindrical, shielded inductive proximity sensor with a built‑in amplifier, purpose‑built for compact metal‑detection tasks in automation. It senses metal targets at a 0.6 mm (0.024 in) distance and operates from a 12–24 V DC supply, featuring normally closed operation and a small 3.8 mm diameter housing designed for tight installations.
