Industrial H961 Intelligent Temperature Controller

CAHO H961 Intelligent Temperature Controller is a panel-mount microprocessor-based temperature controller designed for reliable industrial temperature regulation. The unit features a 96 x 96 mm front panel with a matching 96 x 96 mm cutout, and displays the process value (PV) and set value (SV) at the same time while providing status LEDs for Output 1 (C1) and Output 2 (C2), Alarm 1 (A1) and Alarm 2 (A2), Auto-Tuning (AT), and Manual (MA). It offers two control outputs capable of driving heating or cooling elements and reports output level in a 0%–100% range. Auto-tuning helps automatically determine PID parameters to optimize response, while manual mode allows an operator to override the controller settings. As part of CAHO’s H-series, the H961 is intended for a broad range of industrial temperature-control applications, from process ovens and furnaces to refrigerated equipment and incubators, wherever precise temperature management is required.
