Industrial HD-X64-0002 Brocade X6-4 Fibre Channel Director is an 8U, four-slot director chassis configured with two CPX6 control processor blades and two CR32-4 core routing blades, delivering centralized SAN management in a compact form factor. The CPX6 blades provide the director’s control plane, handling Fabric OS operations and system management, while the CR32-4 blades supply core routing with eight 32-Gbps QSFP ports per blade for high-density fabric interconnect and interswitch communications. This Gen6 X6-4 director supports modular blade-based expansion and can accommodate additional FC blades (such as FC32-48 port blades) to scale port counts as needed, enabling flexible configurations for mid- to large-scale Fibre Channel fabrics. In this kit, the configuration ships with 2 CPX6 and 2 CR32-4 blades, delivering a balanced mix of control and routing for enterprise-grade storage networks.
