Industrial HPD2-150BL LED Lighting Dome 166mm

CCS HPD2-150BL is a blue LED dome lighting unit built for diffuse, high-contrast illumination in inspection and machine-vision workflows. It features a 166 mm outer diameter, a 116 mm inner diffuser aperture, and an 81.9 mm height, accepts a 24 V DC input, and draws up to about 27 W of power, with a typical peak emission around 470 nm. Light from surface-mounted LEDs is diffused inside the dome via a reflective panel to provide even coverage across curved or flat targets, improving visibility of gloss, texture, marks, and defects during inspections. As part of the HPD2 family, the HPD2-150BL delivers blue illumination in a large-diameter dome format designed for imaging applications such as board and metal-surface inspections, color/print verification, and texture evaluation under blue light, where consistent, shadow-free lighting helps differentiate features on a variety of substrates.
