Industrial HT-291-LR Thinswitch

HT-291-LR Liquid-Resistant Thinswitch is a compact SPDT limit switch from Smartflow designed to verify ejector-plate return in plastic injection molds, with a liquid-resistant housing suited for areas where water or oil spray is present. It features a fiberglass-reinforced nylon body, a polyurethane dome, and a polyester film back cover, with 22 AWG, 3-conductor shielded leads that are 6 ft (1.8 m) long with ends stripped and tinned. Electrical specifications include 250 VAC at up to 5 A resistive (4 A inductive) and 28 VDC at sea level up to 5 A resistive (4 A inductive); the three terminals are normally closed (red), common (white), and normally open (black). The switch is designed for mold environments, can fit inside ejector housings or on core slides, and two units can be used in series for larger molds; the housing carries IP41 protection.
