Industrial K-100-VA VME-A100 Encoder Interface

ADCOS K-100-VA VME-A100 Encoder Interface is a VMEbus-based encoder interface board (often labeled K-100-VA3) that provides quadruple encoder inputs, analog motor outputs, and RS-232 communication for multi-axis motion systems. Implemented as a VME-A100 module, the unit supports a double-VME-board configuration with overall dimensions approximately 233.35 × 160 × 20 mm. The board's power rails are +5 V at up to 1.8 A and ±12 V at up to 100 mA. It offers a VME-bus interface and an RS-232 interface, plus 2 KB dual-ported RAM and 32 KB battery RAM for data retention. Encoder inputs are quadrupled to support high-precision measurement in complex systems, and analog outputs are provided for motor signaling. The operating temperature range is 0 to 60°C, making it suitable for industrial environments.
