Industrial K14Z3 Carbon Brush

The K14Z3 carbon brush is a replaceable sliding electrical contact that transfers current between stationary and rotating parts in industrial electric motors and generators. Its dimensions are 1-3/16" × 15/16" × 1/2" and it uses a carbon/graphite composite material (grade dependent) to support reliable contact with low sparking and consistent conductivity. Manufactured by Generic / Various Manufacturers, the K14Z3 is designed for DC motors, slip-ring motors, alternators, and industrial generator systems, fits brush-holder assemblies, and functions as a sacrificial wear component in high-temperature industrial environments such as power generation, wind turbines, traction motors, DC drives, and heavy-duty electric motors.
