Industrial KDRF22L Drive Reactor Assembly Module is an 80 A drive reactor by TCI designed to be used with variable-frequency drives to suppress voltage transients and reduce harmonics in motor-control systems, helping protect the inverter and improve power quality. As part of the KDR low-impedance drive reactor family, this module provides intentional impedance in series with the drive and can be installed on either the line or the load side of a VFD, with configurations that support open-frame or enclosure mounting, including DIN-rail variants. The KDR family supports common industrial voltages such as 208/240 VAC and 480 VAC, and its inductance characteristics are specified to maintain at least 95% of nominal inductance at 110% load and at least 80% at 150% load, ensuring effective transient suppression across operating conditions. Manufactured in Wisconsin and backed by a lifetime warranty for the life of the drive, these reactors are designed to protect drives from voltage spikes, mitigate dv/dt, and reduce nuisance drive trips in demanding manufacturing and process-automation applications.
