Industrial KGA-40 Electric Grease Lubricator System

The KGA-40 Electric Grease Lubricator System from Chen Ying Oil Machine is a compact, PLC-controlled resistance-type grease feeder with an 800cc reservoir, designed for automatic lubrication in industrial lines. It delivers grease at up to 16 cc/min under a maximum operating pressure of 150 kgf/cm², with discharge bore options of Ø6 and Ø8, and is compatible with grease meeting NLGI grades 000–0. The unit runs on 24 VDC, drawing about 2.1 A and using a 35±3 W motor, and its external dimensions are 185 mm (L) × 97 mm (W) × 302 mm (H) with a net weight of approximately 1.71 kg. In PLC-controlled installations, the KGA-40’s operation and interval timing can be precisely managed, and a magnetic level switch can be added on request to automatically monitor grease levels.
