Industrial LCV-25 Slip In Logic Cartridge Valve

ALMO Manifold & Tool's LCV-25 Slip-In Logic Cartridge Valve is a DIN 24342-compatible two-port valve designed to drop into standard slip-in cavities in industrial hydraulic manifolds. Sized NG25 (25 mm), it is rated up to 6000 psi and uses a poppet-based logic cartridge to deliver precise, soft-shifting control with reduced shock. Standard options include area-ratio choices such as 1.6:1 AP:A and 1:1 AP:A, with dampening available in some configurations; nose removable orifice and nose/side removable options for timing and flow shaping; and four spring pressures to tailor actuation thresholds. The valve provides a zero-leak seal between ports A and B, with an optional Z-seal configuration for zero leakage between AP and A-B when used with compatible covers. Typical applications include pilot-control logic circuits, directional control in hydraulic assemblies, load-sensing or pressure-relief logic networks, and other compact configurations in hydraulic systems where DIN cavities are used. The LCV-25 integrates into ALMO's slip-in catalog, enabling consistent performance across a range of cavities and configurations when used with standard DIN cavities.
