LN-2991 Insul-Mate Smooth Aluminum Roll Jacketing is a.032-inch-thick, 36-inch-wide, 50-foot-long aluminum jacket with a moisture barrier interior, designed as the protective outer surface for insulation on pipes, vessels, and equipment. It is manufactured from wrought aluminum alloys 3003 or 3105 with an H-14 temper and meets ASTM B209, offering a smooth finish that is easy to fabricate and install. For moisture-retarder variants, the interior barrier options include 40# kraft with 1.5 mil polyethylene or polysurlyn heat- and pressure-bonded to the inside surface. Aluminum roll jacketing provides atmospheric corrosion resistance and is suitable for marine, chemical, industrial environments, or processes in the food or beverage industry; LN-2991 is specified as 50 feet in length and 36 inches wide.
