CCS LSS-2404 B1 Light Sequence Switch is a four-channel lighting controller that powers and sequences external +24 VDC lights for computational imaging and machine-vision workflows. It accepts a 24 VDC input with a nominal supply of 24 VDC at least 5 A (minimum) and operates from 10.8 to 28.8 VDC, drawing up to 5 W of power excluding the connected lighting. On trigger, it runs a preprogrammed light sequence across CH1–CH4 and provides a synchronized camera trigger to coordinate exposures. Trigger input supports two modes: Voltage mode (3.3–24 VDC logic with an adjustable threshold) or Switched Ground mode (opto-isolators or direct connection). Outputs use an M12-5 lighting connector, offering four channels with a switched-ground (current sinking) scheme; Pinout provides +24 Vout Common and CH1–CH4 lines. The M12-5 interface is designed to drive CCS lighting heads such as HPR2-XXX-DV04 ring lights or a four-bar light array via breakout cables. Widely described as the central lighting controller in computational-imaging setups, the LSS-2404 family features a GUI and SDK for programming sequences and integrating lighting into timing-critical workflows.
