Industrial M1HHUB Shaft Coupling Millennium M1 Hub

The Atra-Flex Millennium M1HHUB is a Millennium non-spacer jaw coupling hub (model M1) designed to pair with Millennium M1 inserts to create a flexible, backlash-tolerant power transmission link. This carbon-steel hub is machined to tight tolerances for balanced operation and features a 1.625 in (1-5/8 in) bore compatible with standard M1 inserts in the Millennium family. As part of the US Tsubaki Atra-Flex lineup, the M1 hub serves as the hub half of a non-spacer jaw coupling, enabling easy assembly with the corresponding inserts to transfer torque while accommodating minor shaft misalignment and damping vibration. In Millennium M-Series design, coupling inserts can be swapped to adjust bore size or torque characteristics, enabling quick adaptation without replacing the entire coupling.
