The unit combines the MNE-3 rail/guide assembly with the MTR3108 24V DC motor, delivering controlled travel for web guiding, coil handling, and other material‑handling tasks. The 24V motor provides a no‑load speed of about 100 mm/s and a stall torque around 28 Nm, with built‑in current limiting to protect the actuator and drive electronics. Position feedback is provided by a potentiometer, and an end‑of‑travel limit switch supports repeatable, safe operation.
