The Industrial MTC500 Liner Magnet Track Assembly is a 500 mm long U-channel magnet track designed for use with Aerotech's BLMC-series forcers. The MTC500 family is available in two grades: MTC500S, a standard-performance track with magnets on a single side, and MTC500P, a high-performance variant with magnets on both sides; both share the same 500 mm length and are intended to be mounted in alignment with BLMC forcer systems to create extended translational travel. Tracks can be stacked end-to-end to extend reach, with a small gap (up to 0.5 mm) between adjacent tracks that will not adversely affect forcer performance.
