Industrial NT86 Fieldbus Digital Stepper Drive

Industrial NT86 Fieldbus Digital Stepper Drive by Rtelligent is a bus-controlled, single-axis driver that integrates motion control with an RS-485 Modbus RTU fieldbus interface to drive 86-frame stepper motors in open- or closed-loop configurations. It supports multiple control modes including fixed-length, fixed-speed, homing, multi-segment speed and multi-segment position, and potentiometer-based speed adjustment, with setup and debugging via the NTConfigurator software and a power input range of 18–110 VDC or 18–80 VAC. The drive delivers up to 7 A per phase (sine-wave peak) and provides 6 opto-isolated digital inputs and 2 opto-isolated digital outputs; inputs include IN1–IN2 as 5 V differential (also usable as 5 V single-ended) and IN3–IN6 as 24 V with a common-anode configuration, while outputs are 30 V tolerant with up to 100 mA drive and use a common-cathode wiring. A CANopen variant within the NT86 family (NT86-C) expands the fieldbus options, supporting CANopen at 1 Mbps and a DC supply range of 24–110 V, in a compact enclosure near 151 × 97.5 × 52 mm and about 0.6 kg, suitable for applications such as single-axis cylinders, assembly lines, docking stations, and multi-axis positioning platforms.
