Industrial NTCS04 Proximity Sensor With LED Indicator

NTCS04 is a Bailey Infi 90 Control Input/Output Termination Unit designed to terminate and route digital and analog I/O signals within an Infi 90 control network. It provides interfaces for digital control stations and digital indicating stations, supports serial link connections, and can be daisy-chained with NTCS02/04 and NTRL01/02/03 terminal units to extend the Bailey system. The module exposes four digital outputs (DO1–DO4) and multiple digital inputs (DI1–DI3) alongside analog I/O channels (AI1–AI4 and AO1–AO2), enabling centralized control, monitoring and signaling in industrial automation. A +24 VDC supply with a common return powers the unit, and a serial link (SL) enables communications with other Infi 90 devices. Infi 90 controller modules, fast response controllers, and Bailey PC-90 processors commonly use NTCS04 as a termination and I/O distribution point within the network, helping to organize complex plant I/O without running direct point-to-point wiring from controllers to field devices.
