Industrial PD-1012 Machine Vision LED Controller is a single-channel CCS device that powers CCS LED lighting units used in machine-vision and industrial inspection systems. It accepts 100–120 VAC input at 50/60 Hz and provides a regulated 12 VDC output capable of up to 9.5 W (approximately 0.79 A) to the LED load. As a PD-series controller, it is designed for coordination with imaging workflows via external trigger signals, enabling on/off control synchronized with camera exposures for consistent image capture.
