Industrial PD2-5024

Industrial PD2-5024 is a digital control unit from CCS that powers 24 V LED lighting loads up to 46 W from a 100–240 VAC supply, delivering centralized, single‑channel illumination control for compact fixtures. It provides a 24 VDC output capable of up to 1.9 A, with an inrush current up to 15 A at 100 VAC, and a typical power consumption of 122 VA while accepting 100–240 VAC input. Dimming is PWM‑based at 62.5 kHz with front‑panel coarse and fine controls (16 steps each) for steady brightness adjustments, and the unit supports 50/60 Hz operation. The PD2‑5024 features two SMP‑03V‑BC 3‑pin outputs (Output+, NC, Output−) and an optional SMP‑04V‑BC connector for an additional output and fan ground, plus external control via a 15‑pin D‑sub connector and a 3.5 mm phone jack for manual on/off. The enclosure measures 62 × 230 × 110 mm, weighs about 1.3 kg, and uses a steel‑plate housing (1.0 mm), with forced‑air cooling and operation in 0–40°C and 20–85% RH (no condensation).
