CCS PD3-5024-4-PI is a four-channel digital LED lighting power supply designed for machine-vision and industrial inspection setups, delivering a total of 46W across four 24V DC output channels to illuminate HLV2/HLV3 spot lighting heads. It accepts AC input from 100 to 240V and measures 197 mm wide by 82.6 mm deep by 120 mm tall. Control is via parallel communications with four channels; manual dimming is provided by a front-panel switch with 256-step resolution, and external control is supported through an 8-bit input (B0–B7) with CHSEL selection for channel addressing.
