Industrial PG161815F Self Lubricating Bushing

The Glycodur PG161815F is a maintenance-free self-lubricating plain bearing bushing designed for 16 mm shaft support in industrial motion and pivot systems. The GLYCODUR F design uses a PTFE sliding layer bonded to a sintered tin bronze backing on steel, delivering dry-running performance with excellent wear resistance in demanding industrial environments. It measures bore Ø16 mm, outside Ø18 mm, and 15 mm wide, and is furnished as a 4-piece set with a steel backing and intermediate sintered tin bronze layer beneath the PTFE composite sliding surface. Commonly installed in hydraulic cylinders, material handling systems, linkages, pivot assemblies, steering mechanisms, and other industrial machinery where maintenance-free operation and low friction are needed.
