Industrial PRUNF705 PVC Coated Conduit Fitting

The NSB PRUNF705 PVC Coated Female Union Fitting is a 2-1/2 inch trade-size steel conduit union designed to join sections of threaded rigid conduit while allowing future disassembly for maintenance or equipment removal in hazardous and corrosive locations. It features a minimum 40 mil gray PVC exterior coating and a nominal 2 mil urethane interior coating, with a female threaded union connection (UNF) compatible with RMC and IMC conduits. This NSB / Plasti-Bond compatible part is UL Listed for Industrial Conduit Applications and is purpose-built for corrosion-resistant conduit systems in challenging environments. The 2-1/2 inch PVC-coated union accommodates replacement, retrofit, expansion, or repair tasks in chemical plants, wastewater treatment facilities, marine settings, outdoor installations, and petrochemical and food processing facilities, as well as pulp and paper mills. The female union design permits disconnection of conduit sections without rotating the run, which simplifies maintenance and equipment swaps when moisture, chemicals, or harsh conditions are present.
