The PTGNR2525 M22 Lever Lock Tool Holder is an external turning tool holder designed for CNC turning and metalworking systems to mount TNMG/TNGA negative triangular inserts (60° triangle) for external turning operations. It uses a lever-lock clamping system for fast insert changes and secure retention during heavy cutting, with a 25 mm x 25 mm shank, 150 mm overall length, right-hand orientation, and a 91° approach angle that supports efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting. Compatible with TNMG 2204 series inserts, it supports general turning, profiling, facing, and shoulder machining on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous materials, on both CNC and manual lathes.
