Industrial PYU2-3012 Strobe Control Unit

The CCS PTU2-3012(A) Strobe Control Unit is a two-channel power/control module designed to drive CCS LED light units in precise strobe mode. Each channel supports independent timing with a pulse width range of 10 μs to 990 μs, enabling tight, repeatable light pulses for high-speed imaging and inspection workflows. The unit accepts a 100–240 VAC input and draws 8.5 A peak minimum for the two-channel load, with a combined output rating of 27 W across both channels (12 V/27 W total). It measures 110 mm wide by 170 mm deep by 90 mm high and provides outputs via two 12 V MP-02V connectors or two 24 V SMP-03V connectors depending on the connected light units. Drive is described as constant lighting with strobe illumination, and an overcurrent protection function stops power output if the load exceeds the safe limit, indicated by a front‑panel red fault lamp that requires a restart to resume operation. This model is part of CCS’s PTU2 series, engineered to enable CCS standard lights to deliver brighter, repeatable strobe illumination compared with conventional ON/OFF control methods.
