Industrial RP-QM72D-12L Switch

The RP-QM72D-12L Rope Pull Stop Control Device from Banner Engineering is a rugged, 72 mm rope-pull switch designed for industrial safety interlocks, housed in a heavy-duty aluminum die-cast enclosure with an IP65 rating for protection against dust and water exposure.

It uses a latch-actuated, two-channel NC contact arrangement with a contact rating of 10 A at 110 VAC and 6 A at 24 VDC, and accepts a maximum rope length of 12 m (40 ft) with a ring attachment for mounting flexibility, all within a compact 142 x 82 x 69 mm housing and wiring-chamber connection type.

Operating over a broad temperature range from -30 to 80 C, the RP-QM72D-12L supports rope-pull operation where pulling the rope opens the safety contact and requires a manual reset after rope release, delivering a proven long-life performance rated for up to roughly one million mechanical operations.
