Industrial SAC-M1020-010 Program Interface Module

The SAC-M1020-010 Program Interface Module is the detachable front-panel programming and monitoring interface for AVG Automation’s M1020 Programmable Limit Switch (PLS) system. Its front panel displays Position, RPM, Production Rate, ON Setpoint, and OFF Setpoint, with a Channel Number display that shows the active programming channel and an Output Status Indicator that lights when a channel is energized; a Recall key, Mode key, and INC/DEC keys provide on-device control, plus labeling space for each output. Used with the M1020 PLS, the interface enables programming and real-time monitoring of position-based limits driven by a machine shaft resolver, and can be detached from the main unit after programming to improve security and allow reuse across multiple AVG Automation PLS devices. The system also incorporates a back-panel Program Enable Input to guard programming access, ensuring only authorized changes to setpoints.
