Industrial SBC-2000 CM Printed Circuit Board

The Acrison SBC-2000 CM is a compact, single-circuit-board weigh‑feeder controller that works with a central computer, PLC, or DCS to monitor and control one Acrison weigh feeder, without a local operator interface (an optional keyboard display unit, KDU, is available for local or remote access). It comprises a single circuit board that can be panel‑ or plate-mounted in a card rack, or mounted loose for custom installations. Standalone module dimensions are 100 x 160 mm, with a front panel of 128 x 20 mm; the bare module weighs 128 g, while a six‑controller CM card rack in a console with two power supplies weighs about 3.1 kg (7 lb). Power requires logic +5 VDC at 150 mA and an isolated +5 VDC supply at 50 mA. Operating temperature ranges from -10 to 70 C (14 to 158 F), storage from -20 to 100 C, and relative humidity up to 95% non-condensing. This model is designed for use where central monitoring is provided by a computer or plant control system and does not include a built‑in local interface by default. All Acrison SBC‑2000 controllers carry UL, CSA and IEC (CE) certifications, reflecting standard safety and compliance across the family.
