The SCE5R5C105 is a 1.0 F, 5.5 V electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC) from Sruite Electronic Technology, packaged as a radial, through-hole can for through-hole mounting. It features an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 60 Ω at 1 kHz and an endurance rating of 1,000 hours at 70°C in the standard SCE series. This compact energy reservoir is intended for brief power hold-up in embedded electronics, helping preserve memory and timing during power interruptions. An HT variant, SCE5R5C105HT, shares the same capacitance and voltage but is rated for higher-temperature operation, delivering similar endurance up to 1,000 hours at 85°C.
