CUH SDVC20-S Variable Voltage Digital Controller for Vibratory Feeder regulates feeder amplitude, speed, and output voltage to achieve precise material handling and part orientation in vibratory feeding systems. It is commonly installed in vibratory bowl feeders, linear feeders, packaging equipment, assembly machines, and automated production lines that require controlled component feeding, and it can integrate with sensors and PLC systems for fully automated operations. Key specifications include 85-260 VAC input at 50/60 Hz, 0-250 VAC adjustable output up to 5 A (up to 1000 VA), and an output frequency range of 40-400 Hz with digital phase-angle control and an LED display; it supports up to four programmable speed presets, sensor compatibility (NPN, PNP, and photoelectric), PLC digital I/O integration, and protections for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit, and overtemperature, plus an adjustable soft start/soft stop and external potentiometer or PLC speed control.
