Industrial SE-400.06.85V33 Amplifier

STÖGRA SE-400.06.85V33 is a stepping-motor power amplifier board that delivers two-phase bipolar drive with a chopper regulator for precise motor control. The module is a 100 × 160 mm Eurocard designed for 19-inch, 3U rack mounting and uses a DIN 41612 type D 32‑pole connector, compatible with STÖGRA/ZEBOTRONICS amplifier versions. For this variant, the adjustable phase current is up to 8.4 A per phase and the supply voltage range is 50–85 VDC; SE boards are offered in several power versions with different current, voltage, and step-angle resolutions. Control inputs include pulse, direction, disable, boost, and reset, with external switching of the step angle; outputs provide a ready or error signal, and LEDs indicate status; the unit includes protections against short circuits on motor phases, overtemperature, and undervoltage. The SE family also supports a variety of step-angle resolutions, selectable via DIP switches (200/400/500/800/1000 steps per revolution), enabling precise microstepping and smooth motor operation.
