Industrial SN63 PB37 Wire Solder No Clean Flux
Description:
AIM Solder’s SN63/Pb37 Wire Solder No Clean Flux, in a 0.020 inch diameter, is a flux-core solder designed for precise manual soldering with minimal post-work cleanup. This Sn63Pb37 alloy (63% tin, 37% lead) is a eutectic composition, melting at about 183°C (361°F) to deliver crisp joints with reliable wetting. The no-clean flux core leaves residues that are generally non-corrosive, reducing the need for extensive cleaning in everyday electronics assembly and repair workflows. Marketed as flux-solder wire samples, it provides small quantities ideal for evaluating solderability, joint quality, and process compatibility before committing to larger quantities. Suitable for hand soldering and rework in electronics manufacturing, hobby prototyping, and repair tasks, it supports standard leaded Sn63Pb37 soldering processes and flux-core handling without requiring aggressive post-processing. These samples are intended to help engineers verify performance on printed circuit boards and component leads under typical soldering conditions.
