Industrial SV-MU-G1 2-EPDM Quick Release Coupling

The SV-MU-G1/2-EPDM Quick Release Coupling is a stainless steel push-to-connect (ISO 7241 Series B) socket designed for fast, leak-free connection and disconnection of hoses and piping in corrosive and sanitary process environments, built with AISI 316 stainless steel body and internal components and EPDM seals. It is interchangeable with ISO 7241 Series B standard couplings, mates with the SV-ST-G1/2-EPDM male plug, and uses a ball-locking mechanism to secure the connection, rated up to 250 bar (3,625 psi) with a flow capacity of roughly 45 L/min and 1/2 inch BSPP (G1/2) threads. Operating from -20°C to +110°C with EPDM seals and a length of about 91.5 mm (hex size ~30 mm), this coupling supports media such as water, chemicals, air, glycol solutions, and other compatible fluids, making it suitable for washdown systems, beverage production equipment, chemical dosing, pharmaceutical processing, cooling water circuits, and other industrial fluid transfer applications.
