Industrial Tap-1000 Air Treatment Unit Regulator Filter

The TAP-1000 Total Air Prep Unit from NITRA (AutomationDirect) is a compact, all-in-one air-treatment solution that blends filtration, regulation, and a semi-automatic drain in a 1/2" NPT form factor. It uses a replaceable 20‑micron filter element, an integral pressure gauge, and a lockable regulator knob with a clog indicator to help monitor and maintain clean, stabilized air. Inlet and outlet ports are 1/2" female NPT, and the unit offers an adjustable pressure range of 7–116 psi (0.5–8 bar). The RyNITE (PET) bowl is durable and provides a clear view of the filter element status. A semi-automatic drain removes condensate while a manual shutoff valve allows isolation during setup or maintenance. The TAP-1000 is ideal for feeding downstream components such as cylinders and valves in automated equipment, packaging lines, and general pneumatic systems where reliable air preparation improves cycle times and equipment life.
