Industrial TH2-43x35RD Machine Vision Lighting

The CCS TH2-43X35RD is an ultra-thin red machine-vision flat light that delivers high-contrast illumination from a 43 × 35 mm emitting surface. It runs on 24 V DC and draws 5.7 W, adding roughly 60 g to the host assembly, making it ideal for tight enclosures where space is at a premium. This TH2-43X35RD-PM variant uses a red LED with a 635 nm peak wavelength and is equipped with an SM 2-Pin Connector for straightforward integration into CCS control systems. As part of the TH2 Flat Lights family, it is designed for front- or back-lighting in machine-vision setups to reveal fine features and textures by producing directional illumination over the target area. Typical applications include close-range inspection of small components, surface defect detection, and texture visibility where red illumination enhances contrast.
