Industrial TK4L-24CC Digital Temperature Controller

TK4L-24CC from Autonics is a 96×96 mm DIN panel-mount digital temperature controller that delivers simultaneous heating and cooling control for temperature-critical processes. It provides two control outputs (one for heating, one for cooling) and two optional alarm outputs, all powered from 100–240 VAC and housed with an IP65 front panel for tough environments. A four-digit LED display shows real-time process temperature and setpoints, with flexible input options that support thermocouples K/J/E/T/B/R/S/N (and related types) as well as Pt100, Cu50, Cu100 RTDs and various analog sensors. The TK4L-24CC uses high-performance PID control with operating modes including ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and full PID to maintain tight tolerance in dynamic processes. Each output can operate as a current output (0–20 mA) or an SSR drive (11 VDC), enabling both analog and solid-state relay configurations, and the second output can be configured to match your cooling or heating needs.
