Industrial TK4S-14RN PID Temperature Controller

TK4S-14RN is an Autonics 1/16‑DIN digital PID temperature controller designed to regulate heating or cooling processes with a relay output and a dedicated alarm output. It accepts multiple input types, including thermocouples (K, J, E, T, B, R, S, N, C, G) and RTD sensors (Pt100, Pt50, Cu50, Cu100, Ni120), as well as analog signals (0–100 mV, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, 0–10 V, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA). The unit runs on 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and uses a 50 ms sampling cycle to deliver fast, precise control. The control modes cover ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID, enabling straightforward proportional actions or full PID tuning for tighter regulation. A 4‑digit, 7‑segment LED display provides clear readouts, and the compact 48 × 48 mm panel footprint makes it suitable for tight control panels and enclosures.
