The Industrial TV283940 Pressure and Temperature Control Valve provides rapid air delivery and exhaust to rear service or parking brake chambers in heavy-duty air brake systems. As a Model 6 relay valve designed for long-wheelbase applications, it mounts on a 4-hole flange with a top-rotated port configuration to minimize air-delivery time near the brake chambers, improving braking response on commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles. Manufactured by Industrial (Tectran product series), the valve features two 3/8 in. NPT supply ports, two 3/8 in. NPT delivery ports, and a 1/4 in. NPT control port.
