Industrial UE-03 Extinguishing System Controller

Brandtronik's UE-03 is a compact, IP65-rated single-zone extinguishing system controller designed to manage and monitor a one-zone fire suppression setup for a machine or enclosure. It accepts sensors in two-wire or four-wire configurations and provides three monitored signaling lines, with two lines able to employ an alarm buffer and a dedicated third line for manual triggering. The unit offers relay outputs for malfunction, pre-alarm, alarm, and system-off, plus two monitored outputs for warning and extinguishing, enabling precise integration with Brandtronik sensors or compatible third-party devices. Power is supplied from 115 V, 230 V, or 24 V, with a typical current draw of about 80 mA at 230 V, and its enclosure measures 290 × 220 × 150 mm with IP65 protection for demanding environments. Extinguishing control is configurable with an extinguisher delay of 0–40 seconds and an extinguishing duration of 2–100 seconds, while alarm timing includes a 10-second alarm delay and a 10-second alarm gate, supporting both rapid actuation and extended safety margins. Bridge-based configuration lets the UE-03 cover applications from fast HD systems to foolproof CO2 setups, including two-line dependency and an alarm buffer, and it supports connection to a broad range of sensors across two-wire and four-wire technology.
