The AqMatic V42F-1000-00000 is a 2-inch, normally open diaphragm valve in AquaMatic’s V42F family, built for reliable on/off control in industrial fluid lines. It features a Buna N diaphragm and Buna N seating, with 2" NPT threaded ends and a 425 A body for robust performance in demanding installations. The valve’s flow coefficient (Cv) is about 56, providing predictable flow characteristics for a 2" valve, and its Buna N construction supports typical water and mild chemical service within its rated limits. Maximum operating temperature for Buna N versions is 150°F (65°C). This model is commonly used in irrigation systems, including center-pivot irrigation end guns, and other 2" diaphragm valve applications that require automatic, field-serviceable control.
