Industrial XDV-250-115V Timer Controlled Drain Valve

AlphaPure XDV-250-115V Timer Controlled Drain Valve is an electrically actuated condensate drain for compressed-air systems. It operates on 115V AC and uses a direct-acting solenoid valve and an adjustable timer to discharge condensate when needed. The cycle timing is set with Time On and Time Off: Time On can be adjusted from 0.5 to 10 seconds and Time Off from 0.5 to 45 minutes, allowing drainage to match humidity and duty cycle. The standard XDV-250-115V configuration provides a 1/4" NPT drain outlet and is rated for up to 250 psi, with a brass body and stainless-steel internals for durability in industrial environments. Variant XDV-250-115V-FBV offers a 1/2" MNPT inlet with a 1/4" outlet while maintaining the same 115V and 250 psi ratings. This timer-controlled drain is designed for installation on compressor tanks and lines to automatically remove condensate, reducing moisture buildup and maintenance tasks in production facilities, shops, and industrial plants.
