Meraki Z3-HW is a cloud‑managed Teleworker Gateway from Cisco Meraki’s Z‑Series, engineered for secure, centralized management of small remote offices or home offices. It provides 1 WAN port for Internet access and 3 LAN ports for local devices, and the package includes the Z3‑HW unit, a power adapter, a Cat5 Ethernet cable, and a mounting kit. The Z3‑HW is specified for up to 100 Mbps firewall throughput and up to 50 Mbps VPN throughput, making it suitable for basic remote access VPN and site‑to‑site configurations managed entirely via the Meraki cloud dashboard. End‑of‑Sale for the Z3‑HW occurred on September 4, 2024, with the Z4‑HW designated as the replacement model.
