The ITOH Denki HB‑510BP‑IT7 Drive Board is a ZPA hybrid driver card in the HB‑510 family built to control built‑in brake motors on Itoh Denki Power Moller lines with synchronized, multi‑zone operation. The BP variant provides built‑in brake motor support with PNP signal input and output and uses a 9‑pin motor connector for standard motors or a 10‑pin connector when brake functionality is included. It can be daisy‑chained with other HB‑510 cards so a single line coordinates multiple zones, with up to 30 zones controllable from one location in transmit mode. Safety and responsiveness are aided by an emergency stop function and sensor signal output, while the integrated JAM timer, RUN hold timer, and sensor timer help ensure smooth transfers and avoid line faults. Power and sensor connections are made via CN1 and the motor connection via CN2; standard accessories include a power connector, sensor connector, and M4 screws with nuts. The board operates on 24V DC signaling and power and carries RoHS, CE, and UKCA conformity for HB‑510 products. Note that HB‑510 BP cards are not compatible with HB‑508 cards, and all HB cards on a single line should be identical and wired in the same daisy‑chain configuration. Commonly used with Itoh Denki PM motors in conveyors and pick‑and‑pack applications for precise zone control and built‑in braking.
