Klockner Moeller PKZ2/ZM40 Combination Starter

The KLOCKNER Moeller PKZ2/ZM40 Combination Starter delivers integrated motor protection and control by combining disconnect, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and a magnetic contactor in a single 3-pole package. Powered by 110–120 VAC control voltage (50/60 Hz), it features an adjustable thermal overload range of 32–40 A, a magnetic trip setting of 350–500 A, and a rated operational current (AC-3) of 40 A, with a maximum voltage rating of 600 VAC. The motor can be rated up to 15 HP @ 230 VAC or 30 HP @ 460 VAC, and the unit supports mounting on DIN rails or panels with screw-terminal connections, IP00 protection, and UL Listed and CSA Certified compliance. Part of the PKZ2 family (PKZ2/ZM40; alternate PKZ2/ZM-40/S), it is commonly used in motor control centers, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and industrial machinery for integrated motor protection and control.
