Klockner Moeller ZB12-6 4-6A Thermal Overload Relay

The Klockner Moeller ZB12-6 Thermal Overload Relay is an electromechanical motor protection relay designed for three-phase motors in industrial environments, mounting directly to DILM7, DILM9, or DILM12 contactors to form compact motor starter assemblies. It provides overload and phase-failure protection with an adjustable current range of 4 to 6 A, three poles, and 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contact, with manual or automatic reset and operation up to 690 VAC (Ui 690 V, Uimp 6 kV). Built for industrial motor control panels and automation systems, it uses screw terminals, offers IP20 protection, and operates between -25°C and +55°C; its dimensions are 120 × 45 × 88 mm. Conforming to IEC/EN 60947-4-1, UL 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2, and VDE 0660, it is CE marked and UL Listed, CSA Certified, and is commonly replaced by Eaton XTOB006BC1 or Siemens 3RU1126-1FB0.
